Today
I am going to show you how to make tasty Bhindi Do Pyaza
recipe. This is so good in taste and easy to cook recipe and you can
definitely try this at home. Try to cook Bhindi this way and you are going to love this.
So, Let's start and cook healthy.
Ingredients:
Bhindi - 1/2 kg Onion - 2 big Mustard Oil - 2 table spoon
Green chilies - 2 Garlic cloves - 5 to 6 Tomato - 2 big
Spices -
Salt - 1 tea spoon, Kitchen King - 1 Table Spoon, Coriander Powder - 1 tea spoon, Turmeric Powder - 1
tea spoon, Red Chili Powder - 1 tea spoon, Garam Masala - 1 tea spoon
Recipe:
First
of all wash the Bhindi (Lady Finger) thoroughly and cut them in medium pieces. Meanwhile cut the onion. Cut one onion in medium pieces chop another one in small pieces. Because we use the onion two times differently that's the reason we call this dish as Do Pyaza. Also grind the tomatoes and green chillies and make a paste.
Now
put
the pan in the gas and let it heat for 3-4 minutes. Add mustard oil and
heat it for another two minutes. We have to fry the bhindi now. So put the bhindi and the medium cut onions in the pan and fry it for 8-10 minutes and once it is done take them out and place in a plate.
Now we are going to make the masala. Put Jeera for tadka in the oil
and fry for 2 minutes. Now instantly put the tomato mixture which we have
grinded and fry it for 5 minutes. Now time to put the spices in the pan. Mix all the
spices well in the tomato pury and now we will cover it with the lid and
let it cook for 5-7 minutes. After 7 -8 minutes now is the time to put fried bhindi and onions in the pan. Stir well and mix all the ingredients well together and cover the lid for 10 minutes.
And in next 10 minutes your amazing and tasty Bhindi Do Pyaza recipe is prepared and ready to be served. You can garnish it with green coriander leaves but it's completely optional.
