GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Today I am going to share with you a very healthy Grilled Chicken breast recipe. We will cook it in the sandwich maker. This is full of protein and ideal for weight loss.

So let's start and cook healthy.

Ingredients:

1. Chicken Breast - 2 boneless skinless

2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 table spoon


3. Melted Butter/Olive Oil - 1/2 table spoon

4.Spices - 1 tea spoon Red Chili, 2 tea spoon Garam Masala (Mixture of Cloves, Black Pepper, Large Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon etc)

5. Salt - 1/2 tea spoon

Recipe:

After rinsing the chicken breasts in plain water, soak them in vinegar for 30 minutes. It will remove all of the fatty residue from the skin of the chicken, and the breasts will hold the coating properly.

After 30 minutes, remove the pieces and rinse them with water. Cut the breasts into four pieces. We're going to marinade it now. Sprinkle half a teaspoon of olive oil or melted butter over the pieces and evenly distribute the spices. For best results, leave it on for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Now turn on the sandwich maker and wait for it to heat up. Place the breast pieces on a foil paper that has been oiled or buttered, and place it in the sandwich maker.
Cook for another 6-8 minutes before flipping it to cook the other side. Cook the opposite side for the same amount of time, and your grilled chicken breasts are ready to eat. 

Serve with onion slices and green coriander leaves on the side.

Benefits:

Chicken is the healthy source of lean protein. One should eat 100-150 grams of chicken everyday. If you are progressing towards weight gain or bulking, have full chicken but if your goal is fat loss then go for the chicken breasts only as it has only good quality protein in it and no fat. You can achieve your daily protein requirement adding chicken breasts into your meals everyday. If you are really inclined towards fat loss or cutting, consume boiled chicken breast for better results.
