PALAK PARATHA

Hello Friends. I am sure you are staying fit.

Today I am going to show you how to make a tasty and healthy Palak Paratha recipe. This nutritious recipe is packed with iron and fiber. You can have it in your breakfast or lunch.

So, Let's start and cook healthy.

Ingredients:

Palak (Spinach) - 250 grams                    Wheat Flour - 200 grams

Ghee - 1-2 table spoon                            Green Chili Crushed - 1 Table Spoon

Spices -

Salt - 1 table spoon, Kitchen King - 1 Table Spoon, Ajwain - 1 tea spoon, Kasoori Methi - 1 table spoon

Recipe:

To begin, wash the Spinach nicely and let it dry for half an hour. Start chopping the palak once it is dry. Now take the wheat flour in a mixing bowl or a plate. Crush the green chillies too. Now mix the palak, wheat flour, crushed chillies and all the spices and mash it well. Make sure not to use water while mashing everything with the flour because Palak itself has a good amount of water in it and that will be sufficient to make the dough. But if you still think water is necessary, you can use based on the need. Mix all the ingredients nicely.

You do not need to make the dough too tight or too loose as we are going to make parathas. (Indian Bread).

Place the Tava (Pan used to make chapatis) on the stove over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile you prepare few balls of the dough and keep them aside. Star making the flat round breads with the help of the kitchen roller (Belan)

Put the parathas in the tawa now and apply ghee on the upper side and let the bottom side cook well. In 2 minutes flip the paratha into the other side to cook and apply the same step to add ghee on the upper side. Try not to use more ghee otherwise the calories will go up. Just press the paratha with the help of spatula or any spoon. Do the same exercise for all the balls you have made.

And that is it. Your healthy and very nutritious palak parathas (Spinach India Breads) are ready to eat. You can have curd, chutney or even a cup of tea with it. Anything you like
