Today I am going to show you how to make tasty and healthy Sahjan ki Fali recipe. This is so healthy and easy to cook recipe and you can definitely try this at home.

Ingredients:

Drum Sticks / Sahjan ki Fali - 250 grams           Onion - 2 cups        Mustard Oil - 2 table spoon

Tomato - 2 cups

Spices -

Salt - 1 table spoon, Kitchen King - 1 Table Spoon, Coriander Powder - 1 tea spoon, Amchoor Powder - 1 tea spoon, Turmeric Powder - 1 tea spoon, Red Chili Powder - 1 tea spoon, Jeera - 1 tea spoon

Recipe: 

First of all wash the Sahjan Fali thoroughly. Now we have to peel the outer layer of all the Falis otherwise it might taste a bit bitter. After peeling the outer layer of all the falis we have to cut the in small pieces. Once the falis are cut into pieces. Now time to peel the onion and chop them nicely in the chopper. Take tomatoes now and chop them nicely too.

Now put the pan in the gas and let it heat for 3-4 minutes. Add mustard oil and heat it for another two minutes. Now put the jeera for tadka in the oil and fry for 2 minutes. Now put onion and fry it until it has brown texture. Now time to put the tomatoes and Stir nicely for 2-3 minutes. You should sprinkle a pinch of salt now so that the tomatoes are cook easily and quickly. Now once you can see the oil coming out from the sides. It is the time to put the spices in the pan. Stir them well and cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Now We will be putting the fali pieces in the pan.

Now we have to stir and mix all the ingredients well so that the masala is coated nicely on the falis. We should now cover the lid and let it cook for ten minutes. Now sprinkle the amchoor powder in the pan and mix well. You can check if the falis are cooked in 10 minutes and if not you can cover the lid and let it cook for another five minutes.

Your sahjan ki fali recipe is ready to take out from the pan and ready to be served. Garnish them with green coriander leaves and enjoy this healthy meal.
