Curry leaves - 7-8
Spices
Mustard seeds - 1 Tea Spoon,
Sabji Masala - 2 Table Spoon, Salt - 1 Tea Spoon, Coriander Powder - 2 Table Spoon, Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tea

Recipe:
To begin, soak the sabudana for 3-4 hours and then drain the water from it. Boil the potatos now, peel them and cut in small pieces. Wash the beans and crush them nicely.
Place
the pan on the stove over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Heat it for
another 2 minutes after adding the ghee. Stir in the mustard seeds and curry leaves for a minute. After that, add the nuts and toast them for a few minutes. Now is the time to add the beans and mix them for two minutes. Now it is time to carefully whisk the ingredients together. The ingredients are now gently stirred. Place all of the spices in the pan and stir to combine them with the other ingredients. Allow for 5 minutes of cooking time after covering the pan with a lid.
Replace the lid on the pan and add the sabudana, mixing thoroughly with the other ingredients. Allow it to cook for another 5 minutes before checking to see whether the sabudana is done. If you press it with your fingertips, you'll be able to see if it's fully cooked.
