Hello Friends. I am sure you are staying fit.

Today I am going to show you how to make a tasty and healthy Kadhai Paneer recipe. This delicious recipe is packed with protein, vitamins and minerals. This amazing dish is simple to prepare and consume. This could be a fantastic dinner option because it contains Paneer, which will meet your protein needs while you sleep.

So, Let's start and cook healthy.

Ingredients:

Paneer - 250 grams            Capsicum - 2 cups                                    Onion - 2 cups

Tomato - 2 big                     Green Chilli (Crushed) - 2 Table Spoon    Ghee - 1 Table Spoon

Spices

Jeera - 1 Table Spoon, Sabji Masala - 2 Table Spoon, Salt - 1 Tea Spoon, Turmeric Powder - 1 tea spoon, Coriander Powder - 2 Table Spoon, Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tea Spoon

Fresh Cream - 2 Table Spoon

Recipe:

To begin, thoroughly wash all of the vegetables before cutting them into medium - sized pieces. They should not be chopped or crushed. Place the Paneer in a pot of boiling water and season with a pinch of salt. As a result, the Paneer will soften and the masala will penetrate the pieces thoroughly. Remove the Paneer from the water and set it aside to dry.

Place the pan on the stove over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Heat it for another 2 minutes after adding the ghee. Put the veggies in the ghee once it is hot and toss them for 4-5 minutes. Make sure they are not entirely cooked otherwise the crunchiness will be lost, which is the hallmark flavour of this recipe. Now it's time to add the Paneer pieces to the pan and toss them around for 3-4 minutes. The ingredients are now gently stirred. Place all of the spices in the pan and stir to combine them with the other ingredients. Allow for 5 minutes of cooking time after covering the pan with a lid.

Now, in the same pan, combine the fresh cream mix nicely with all the ingredients. And there you have it. It is time to serve your scrumptious Kadhai Paneer recipe. Garnish it with fresh green coriander leaves.

Keep Cooking !!
