CORIANDER MINT CHUTNEY

Hello friends. I am sure you are staying fit.

Today I'm going to show you how to make a spicy chutney with coriander leaves and mint. You can serve it with grilled chicken, vegetable cutlets, cheeley, and so on, but it works especially well with roasted chicken.

So let's go and cook healthy.

Ingredients:

1. Fresh Coriander Leaves - 125 grams        2. Mint Leaves - 50 grams

3. Curd - 100 grams                                       4. Green Chillies - 6-7

5. Spices - 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

6. Garlic - 8-10 cloves

Recipe:

Allow the coriander and mint leaves to drip fully after washing. Peel and wash the garlic cloves. In the mixer jar, combine the leaves, green chilies, spices, and garlic.

Mix in a few tablespoons of curd in the mixer jar. Place the curd in the centre and stir thoroughly. Check if the chutney is salty enough, and if it isn't, add a pinch of salt to taste.

Give it another stir, and your delicious chutney is ready to eat.

Keep Cooking !!
