3. Butter - 1/2 tea spoon                 4. Chopped Green Chillies - 1/2 table spoon

5. Chopped Capsicum (Red,Green,Yellow) - 1/2 cups (around 68 grams)

6. Chopped Carrot - 1/2 cup           7. Onion - 1/2 cup

8. Sweet Corn - 1/2 cup                  9. Spices - Salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Recipe:

Wash and cut all of the vegetables into small pieces well. In a mixing dish, combine all of the ingredients. Now is the time to beat the eggs, add the milk, and thoroughly mix the milk and eggs together before cooking. The omelette will be more fluffy if you use milk.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients along with the spices and beat well. Now is the time to transfer your mixture to the pan.

Place the pan on a gas stove with the flame set to medium-low. Allow the pan to heat for a few minutes before adding the butter. Apply the butter nicely in the pan and make sure to cover entire area of the pan so that your omelette is not sticking around it.

Now pour the mixture into the pan and reduce the heat to low. Cook it for 4-5 minutes with the lid on the pan. Flip it now and cook the other side of the omelette immediately and cover with a lid. Check the other side. It will have the brown color in it.
