Today I'm going to show you how to make a quick and healthy Protein Shake. This dish is high in protein, good fats, and carbohydrates. The best option for gym goers who have a good attitude toward bulking.

Ingredients:
1. Whey Protein (Isolated or Concentrate) - 1.5 Scoops (45-50 grams based on the scoop size)
2. Cream separated full cream milk - 300-400 ml
3. Peanut Butter - 2 table spoon
4. Banana - 2 big size
5. Flax/Chia Seeds - 1 table spoon
7. Nuts - Handful of nuts i.e. 30-40 grams
8. Honey - 1 table spoon
Recipe:
Simply put, the milk in the mixer jar. If you prefer cold milk, do so, otherwise, the milk should be at room temperature.
Cut the banana into pieces and combine all of the ingredients in the jar. Every day, use a different nut. You can use almonds one day, cashews the next, peanuts the next, and so on, with raisins, of course. If you enjoy the combination of banana and apple flavor. To get a fantastic taste, combine the two.
Mix it together, add a table spoon of honey, and voila ! If you prefer a crunchy texture, this is the recipe for you. Just add some crushed cashews and a few full raisins on top.
