Today I am going to share with you a very healthy and tasty Omelette recipe. This recipe has a good amount of protein, healthy fats and fiber. Best time to eat this at the breakfast as it will keep you full throughout the day.
So let's go and cook healthy.
Ingredients:
1. Eggs - 4 full
2. Oats - 30 grams
3. Oil/Ghee - 1/2 tea spoon
4. Green Chili - 1-2
5. Black Pepper Powder - A pinch
6. Salt - As per taste
Recipe:
Mix eggs, oats, green chili and salt in a mixing bowl 15 minutes before you start cooking. After 15 minutes, Lit the gas stove and put the fry pan and heat it. Keep the flame in medium.
Once the pan is hot, put oil/ghee in it. Let it heat for another minute and put the mixture into the pan. Turn the flame to low and put the pan lid.
Keep it on the same flame for next 4-5 minutes and then change the side of the omelette and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Then add a pinch of black pepper powder.
Turn off the gas and here you go. Your delicious super healthy Oats Omelette recipe is ready to serve.
Note: This will be for a single person. You can change quantities based on your daily requirements.

If you are approaching towards gaining weight then certainly Oats is a meal you can have twice a day. 50 grams each meal will help you gain clean weight. Eggs are rich in protein and good fats and much more in it. One large whole egg contains 6-7 grams of protein and good cholesterol. Egg is one of the complete meal you can have. You can easily have 3-4 whole eggs per day if you are inclined towards bulking and gaining size. Ensure not to have full eggs if your goal is fat loss. Consume only the white part of it which only contains protein. Based on your workout you can have white portion of eggs. It could be 6-8 egg whites per day including 2 whole egg.
