Today
I am going to share with you a very healthy and tasty Veg Cutlet recipe. It has lot of veggies in it and we are not going to use oil in it.
So let's start and cook healthy.
Ingredients:
1. Oats - 50 grams 2. Beans - 100 grams 3. Onion - 3-4
2. Capsicum - 2(50 gms) 5. Poha - 50 grams 6. Garlic - 6-7 cloves
3. Ghee - 1/4th T Spoon, 6. Green Chili - 3-4 7. Green Peas - 50 gms
4. Carrot - 100 grams 7. Spices - As per taste
Recipe:
Soak Oats and Poha in water for half an hour before you start cooking. Meanwhile you wash, cut and chop all the veggies. Your Oats and Poha is ready to rinse now. Rinse both and put it in a mixing bowl along with all the chopped veggies. Put spices in it and mix well.
Coriander powder - 2 tea spoons, Turmeric - 1/2 tea spoon, Sabzi masala - 2 tea spoons, Garam masala - 1 tea spoon, Salt - As per taste and sprinkle some chat masala and black pepper.
Mix all of it well and make small dough and give them the round flat shapes. Your cutlets are ready to go to the pan now. Lit the gas stove and put the fry pan
and heat it. Keep the flame in medium and not in high otherwise the cutlets will burn.
Once
the pan is hot, put few drops of ghee and apply it completely on the pan with the oil brush . Let it heat for another two minutes and put the cutlets in it. Keep the flame in medium low and cover the lid of the pan.
Let it cook for 5-6 minutes and flip the cutlets around so that the other side of it will cook too. Check in another 5 minutes and the cutlets should be cooked. Turn off the gas and keep the cutlets in the same pan without opening the lid.
In another 5 minutes, Take out the cutlets of the pan and your super healthy Veg Cutlets is ready to be served with the sauce you prefer.
