SOYBEAN SALAD

Today I am going to share with you a very easy, healthy and tasty Soybean Salad recipe. It contains good amount of protein & fiber in it. Ideal for lunch if you want to skip regular Dal Rice someday.

So let's start and cook healthy.

Ingredients:

1. Soybean  - 50 grams

2. Onion - 2 medium size

3. Cucumber - 2 medium size

4. Carrot - 2

5. Curd - 200-300 grams

6. Ground Cumin Roasted- 1 table spoon

7. Green Chili - 3-4

7. Spices- 1 tea spoon Salt, 1 tea spoon Chat masala, 1 tea spoon Red Chili

Recipe:

Soak 50 grams soybeans in hot water with a pinch of salt for half an hour prior to cook. 

After 30 minutes, Squeeze and rinse the water completely from the soybeans. Cut Cucumber and Carrot into small pieces and put aside. Now put cucumber, carrot, curd, green chili, chat masala and sprinkle roasted cumins and salt in the mixing bowl and coat the soybean well with the mixture.

It will be a thick mixture as we have curd in it. Crush a small piece of ginger in it and mix nicely. 

And that's it. Garnish it with the green chili and fresh green coriander leaves. If you like, Squeeze half lemon in it. This is completely up to you. Your super healthy and tasty recipe is ready to be served and eat.
