I am going to share with you a very easy, healthy and tasty Garlic Paneer recipe. Best for Paneer lovers. This is full of protein and good fats which you can cook at home at no time.
So let's start and cook healthy.
Ingredients:
1. Paneer (India Cottage Cheese) - 1/2 kg
2. Garlic - 15-20 cloves
3. Butter - 50 grams
4. Fresh milk cream - 2 table spoons
4. Spices - 1 tea spoon Red Chili Powder, 1 tea spoon Salt
Recipe:
Boil 2 cups of water and put the paneer in it. Add 1/2 tea spoon salt in the water. Keep it for atleast half an hour. This will soften the paneer and the paneer will be salty from inside.
Meanwhile take 2 table spoons of fresh milk cream and put in a plate, crush the garlic cloves in it and mix red chili powder and salt too. Make a thick paste which we are going apply in the paneer pieces later on.
Take out the paneer after 30 minutes out of the water and cut the pieces in square share. Size completely depends on you. Now coat the paste in all the paneer pieces nicely. Make sure to apply the paste from all the sides of the pieces.
Now lit the gas stove and put the fry pan on and heat it. Keep the flame in medium. Once the pan is hot, put the butter in it and let it melt completely. Once the butter is melted, put the paneer pieces in the pan. Turn the flame to low and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip the pieces now and let the other side cook too for 4-5 minutes.
You should see the brown color in both the sides and the pieces looks crunchy too. Let them cook until the butter goes away. Turn off the gas and your delicious food is ready to be served. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

Especially if your evening meals include protein. It contains Casein protein, which will feed you with protein while you sleep.
